Terms and Conditions

 

 

Non-Payment

 

Coaching will not be available to clients who have not paid. Any Face to Face client not paying at the end of any session will be required to pay an administration fee. No further sessions will take place until payment for the previous session has been made.

Session Cancellation Policy

 

Phone / Face to Face sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be re-scheduled at no extra cost up to a maximum of 2 sessions. Following this an administration charge will apply.

 

Phone / Face to Face sessions cancelled with 24 hours or less notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to  50% of  the cost of the session.

 

If Harbour Coaching and Stress Management are unable to deliver booked coaching sessions, clients will be advised by telephone and/or email. If cancelled  24 hours or more in advance, the session will be re-arranged to suit the client; if less than 24 hours in advance, client will receive a refund equal to 50% of the cost of the session and the session may be re-booked. There will be no further charge for this session.

 

 

 

Refunds Policy

 

Refunds are available for clients who do not wish to continue with coaching. Requests must be made in writing and received by Val Lloyd-Smith, Harbour Coaching and Stress Management, 34 Rimbury way, Christchurch, Dorset,

BH23 2RQ.

 

Requests received:

 

More than 5 working days before the booked session or start of the multisaver* series: 90% refund;

 

More than 3 working days before the booked session or start of multisaver* series: 75% refund;

 

More than 24 hours before the booked session or start of multisaver* series: 50%

 

Less than 24 hours before the booked session or start of the multisaver series: No refund.

 

*When calculating refunds for multisaver series all used sessions will be charged at the full, non-multisaver rate.

Training and Coaching Services

 

Harbour Coaching and Stress Management exists to offer support and training to clients.

Prices and Payment

 

All fees will be advised by written quotation. (Please note: Harbour Coaching and Stress Management is not registered for VAT collection.)

 

Payment will be requested by written invoice and must be settled in full within 7 days of receipt.

 

Payment may be made by cash, cheque (payable to 'Harbour Coaching and stress Management') or bank transfer.

 

 

Non-payment

 

Debt recovery procedures will be commenced if full payment not received within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation of training by customer must be received in writing and will be subject to the following charges:

 

Cancellation 30 or more days before training date - no charge.

 

Cancellation less than 30 but more than 7 days before training date - 50% of course fee.

 

Cancellation less than 7 days before training date - 100% of course fee.

 

Dates of training or service contract periods may be deferred by mutual agreement. A deferment fee of 10% of the cost of training or service will be payable.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Complaints Procedure

 Any complaint regarding any aspect of the business of Harbour Coaching and Stress Management must be made within 3 months of the incident/event forming the subject of the complaint. A complaint should in the first instance be discussed with Val Lloyd-Smith in order to effect  a solution. If no solution can be agreed, full written details of the grievance must be sent to Val Lloyd-Smith, Harbour Coaching and Stress Management, 34 Rimbury Way, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 2RQ.

Coaching Services

Harbour Coaching & Stress Management exists to offer support to clients wishing to make self-directed change.  It is not a counselling service and does not offer therapy, cure or advice on any financial, legal, physiological or psychological issues.

Payment

Payment must be made by cash, cheque (payable to ‘Harbour Coaching and Stress Management’) or bank transfer.

Phone clients – payment must be received, in full, by one of the payment methods stated above, at least 10 days in advance of each session.  Multisavers must be paid for, in full, at least 10 days in advance of the first session.      

 

Email clients – payment must be received, in full, by one of the payment methods stated above, at least 10 days in advance of the start of the month’s service.  Multisavers must be paid for, in full, at least 10 days in advance of the start of the first month’s service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights to any course or material created by Harbour Coaching and Stress Management will remain the property of Harbour Coaching and Stress Management.
