My Goals

 

I believe that we are at our best when we have a strong sense of where we’re going in life and are motivated and confident to pursue our goals. But I have seen all too often, that with all the demands of life we  can end up having no time for ourselves   and when we lose our sense of direction  and purpose, we can end up feeling as though we’ve ‘lost our bounce’.

The pace of life and the million and one things we seem to have to do can also lead us to feel stressed, with all the problems that brings to our health and wellbeing... which is why I set up Harbour Coaching and Stress Management.

Working with both groups and individuals  - young and not-so-young, my aim is to really make a difference  to my clients and I love working with anyone who wants to change their life in some way. The coaching process can be challenging, can be fun, can be surprising – but it’s never, ever dull! Clients are often amazed at what they can achieve and how much more positive they feel about life when they know they are back in control.
